Terms & Conditions

To participate in the Gajab Campus Ambassador Program, you must meet the following criteria.

• Currently enrolled college student, undergraduate or postgraduate, any stream or year
• Active presence on Instagram, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
• Age 18 years or above at the time of application
• Genuine interest in marketing, content creation, or entrepreneurship

Rewards are earned through a points-based system, not commission.

• Points are earned across content (social posts), confirmed orders/referrals, and campus activities
• Points move you up a 6-tier ladder: Starter → Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum → Diamond
• Every tier after Starter unlocks physical rewards, a digital badge, and surprise rewards
• Points never expire and remain valid for the full 6-month program duration
• All tiers are open from day one

• Ambassadors must earn a minimum of 3,000 points every calendar month to remain active in the program
• This minimum can be met through any combination of content, referrals/orders, or campus activities
• Active participation in the official WhatsApp and Telegram community channels is expected

• Once your points cross a tier threshold, your progress is reviewed for verification
• Rewards are released after this verification is complete - no separate claim form is required
• Founder LOR, milestone certificates, and internship consideration are awarded based on performance and tier progression over the program duration

All ambassadors must adhere to Gajab's brand values.

• Honest representation of Gajab products and services
• No misleading marketing claims or false promises
• Respectful behavior toward customers and fellow ambassadors
• No engagement in spam or unauthorized promotional activities
• No religious or political content of any kind
• Maintain confidentiality of brand strategies and internal information

Gajab reserves the right to terminate participation under these circumstances.

• Engagement in any illegal or fraudulent activities
• Failing to meet the minimum monthly points requirement, following a check-in and opportunity to improve
• Violation of brand guidelines or code of conduct
• Misrepresentation of Gajab or its products
• Any breach of these Terms & Conditions

• The program runs for 6 months from the date of your approved application
• Points are checked and updated twice every month
• Progress and rewards are tracked continuously throughout the 6 months

Gajab reserves the following rights regarding program changes.

• Points values, tier thresholds, and reward items may be modified without prior notice
• Program structure may be updated periodically
• All changes will be communicated via WhatsApp and Telegram
